Should Go Ahead Investigations become aware, or be made aware, that a client or an associate of the client has participated, is participating, or intends to participate in any activity that may compromise the surveillance operation or endanger the safety of operatives or third parties, we reserve the right to decline, suspend or immediately cease surveillance activities.
All surveillance operations are conducted exclusively by appropriately authorised investigative personnel, for lawful and legitimate purposes and in accordance with applicable Australian legislation and regulations.
If relevant activity is observed at, or is continuing close to, the agreed surveillance finishing time, the investigator will contact you by telephone or SMS to provide an update and seek approval to extend the surveillance period.
